Enquiries are not purchases
The website describes our work and services. Browsing it or sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement, subscription or obligation to buy. The contact form opens an email draft; you decide whether to send it.
Prices, delivery dates, scope, payment milestones, ownership, support and cancellation terms for a project must be agreed separately in writing. A signed project agreement governs that engagement if it differs from general website information.

Service descriptions and articles provide general information and are not a guarantee that a particular project will achieve the same result as another. Product illustrations are simplified visuals, not live dashboards or a promise of performance.
We aim to keep information accurate, but content can become outdated. Confirm any detail that affects a business decision directly with us before relying on it.

Website text, design and original materials belong to Inscale or their respective owners. Client names, marks and third-party technologies remain the property of their owners.
You may view and share links to this website. Reusing substantial website content, copying branding or presenting our work as your own requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Code and design ownership for client projects is addressed in the project agreement.

Do not use the website to carry out unlawful activity, impersonate someone, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. When contacting us, provide information you are entitled to share.
