Food delivery platform / 2024
The neighbourhood, delivered.
[01] — The overview
A hyperlocal food delivery experience connecting people with nearby restaurants. Growzip brings discovery, ordering and delivery into one product, with a release rhythm that can keep up with a growing marketplace.
[02] — The thinking
A food delivery product has to work for the person ordering, the restaurant preparing the meal and the team coordinating delivery. The central product challenge is keeping those experiences connected without making a simple lunch order feel complicated.
The product direction centres on a clear path from finding a nearby restaurant to knowing when the food will arrive. Reusable patterns for menus, order states and location help keep the experience familiar as the marketplace grows into more cities.
[03] — The experience
Location-aware restaurant browsing, useful cuisine categories and menus that make the next choice easy.
A connected cart, delivery address and order summary, with space to review the details before placing an order.
Clear preparation and delivery states that connect the customer journey with restaurant and delivery operations.

[ The product ambition ]
